"Nous avons eu des problèmes à ouvrir la porte du vestibule. L'hôte a dû se déplacer pour venir nous indiquer la façon de faire. Nous avons finalement opté pour laisser la porte ouverte pendant notre séjour. Nous précisons que nous n'avions pas de problème avec la porte de notre appartement."

"According to their rules, they send us the rules and the opening code two days in advance, but we only received it when the registration period started. The pictures include a pantry with useful equipment but the door was locked. The kettle was missing. 2 rolls of toilet paper is not enough for 4 people for so many days!!! It was only at the accommodation that we were confronted with the fact that if we did not take the rubbish out, we would be charged 50 euros off our deposit. They could have at least given us some instructions where to put the rubbish as there is no bin on the street. All the problems I have listed have been reported by guests before and, unfortunately, do not seem to have changed since then."

"It is difficult to pick something we didn't like about the apartment as it had so many good points. However, the floor in the hall could be looked at as creaked a bit!"

"Beautiful apartment in a great location. Full of character, loved the high ceilings, balcony and record player with vintage vinyl music."

"The pictures on the advert showed a large store cupboard but this was locked and we couldn’t use it. Would have been really useful to store baggage as it is a small 1 bed place and we had baggage for 4 people. Also there were no pillow cases for the pull out sofa bed. We asked about these through the message app but we didn’t get any, but disappointing as there for 5 nights. Also only given one toilet roll for 4 people over 5 nights, not very generous and certainly not enough to service our stay."

"The host communicates only in French (translator needed - not bad, just FYI) We requested earlier check-in, and the apartment was ready at 15:00, but with only some really basic cleaning done (e.g. a dirty sock stuck in the bedroom wardrobe door, hair and dust under the furniture, etc.) The street is noisy (given the location it was expected), however, the neighbours were also noisy at night, which made sleeping difficult Opening the front door of the building was challenging as the key always got stuck Small additions would make the stay more pleasant (e.g. an expandable table fitting 4 people, changing the chairs which are really uncomfortable, having more table settings, etc.) There is a small vacuum cleaner, but with a weak battery even after charging, so not much cleaning could be done with it - a simple broom would suffice The picture with the cleaning closet is misleading, as it was locked and unavailable for using The shower sink in the bathroom was clogged and the water was leaking From a sustainable point of view, it would be better to have a big soap dispenser than the small bottles provided The couch gets uncomfortable after sleeping on it more nights"

"Had to call manager to open front door as odd technique required ( they were fine about it). Also, instructions were emailed on day of arrival which can be challenging if you don't have good signal."
